How much do your doors weigh?

Weight is not a metric of strength; the engineering inside of our steel doors and frames is what creates the strength. However, to give an indication, please see our average door weights below:

Typically (size dependant):

• Standard duty personnel doors weigh on average 50kg*

• Heavy duty security doors weigh on average 85kg*

• Ultra duty high security doors weigh on average 95kg*

• Double doors weigh on average 130kg*

We strongly recommend a minimum of 2 people are required to handle our doors, due to their nature of being heavy and difficult to hold.
