Following continued growth over the last 12 months and our desire to maximise the opportunities presented to the business, we are looking to recruit a dynamic and diligent Sales Executive to join our sales team.
Job Duties
- Reports to the Sales Manager.
- Process quotations and sales orders from customers contacting us by telephone, email and over the counter, promoting and upselling where possible.
- Processes reactive sales obtained though sales platforms ie. Website and ebay.
- Using solid technical advice, provide an informed sales pitch to existing and prospective customers.
- Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
- Provides excellent after sales service aiming for all customers to be 100% satisfied with their order and reaches out to invite customers to leave positive feedback through review platforms.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Maximise business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending monthly sales meetings.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ideally, but not essential, experience within the door or window industry
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Sales & customer service experience
- Clear and confident phone manner
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize and use your own initiative
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Problem solving & working within a team
- Computer literate
- Ability to retain information
- Eye for detail

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 4pm or 9am – 5pm
20 days holiday per year + bank holidays

Salary: £24,000.00 per year + Generous commision based structure (OTE £30,000 +)
